Who It's For
Built for Juniors Shooting in the 80s or Better
The Tournament Player Program is for juniors currently scoring in the 80s or better who are playing in tournaments regularly.
Is your junior just getting started in tournaments?
The Combine Golf Tournament Prep Program is the best fit for them — same structure, lighter commitment for players earlier in their competitive journey.

Why Great Junior Golfers Fail
The key is understanding the importance of growth height velocity.

Every junior develops at a different rate. Miss their speed, strength, or skill windows and progress stalls — no matter how many lessons they take. We use growth velocity tracking to time training to the athlete, not the calendar.
We measure first. Then we build the player around the data.
Inside The Work
Watch a clip of Joe in a live lesson with one of the best junior athletes in Arizona.
The Program
A 3-Month Loop That Repeats All Year
Every quarter your junior cycles through assessment, planning, supervised practice, private coaching and on-course work at the facility — then re-assesses, so the next loop starts from a higher baseline.
01
Combine Assessment
A full on-site baseline in our lab — full swing, short game, putting and physical capacity measured on 3D and launch data.
02
Blueprint
A custom 12-week development plan built around their body, their swing and their upcoming tournament schedule.
03
Supervised Practice
Two coached practice sessions every week at the facility — scored blocks, clear benchmarks and eyes on every rep.
04
Private Lesson
One private lesson each month with Joe and the team to refine technique and adjust the plan around results.
05
On-Course & Strokes Gained
Two on-course strategy sessions per month plus Decade stat tracking mapped against their field to find lost strokes.
06
Semester Report
A clear, parent-friendly summary of what moved, what’s next, and how the plan adjusts for the upcoming semester.

Real Players. Real Results.
“My son had been stuck in the high 80s for two years. Thirteen strokes later he's the number one player on his high school team and college coaches are calling. We finally knew what to practice.”
“My daughter used to fall apart in tournaments even though she striped it on the range. Joe built her a routine and a plan, and she dropped seven shots in a single season.”
“Five strokes was the difference between no interest and a signed offer. The tournament portfolio and the data made it easy for coaches to say yes. He signed in November.”

Pro Analysis
Watch Joe Analyze 6 of the Best Players on the PGA Tour
Using the same technology your son or daughter will use. You will see from these analyses that all swings are different — it's just a matter of finding the right matchups for the player to create efficiency, power, and accuracy.
Just like these tour players, your son or daughter should not be coached into a cookie-cutter method.
Know Your Game
