Their First
Real Tournament Season
Run by Joe DiChiara, Founder of Combine Golf and PGA/LPGA Tour Coach. The same tour-level system, built at a lighter commitment.
For juniors earlier in their journey — new to tournaments or wanting a less intensive schedule.
Stop paying just for time with a coach and start Getting Results. Lessons don't matter when structure is missing.

Who It's For
Built for Juniors Starting Their Tournament Journey
New to tournaments, not yet consistently shooting in the 80s, or simply wanting a lighter schedule. Same system — we build the skills, routines, and confidence first.
Is your junior already scoring in the 80s or better?
The Combine Golf Tournament Player Program is the best fit for them — the full tour-level system for players competing regularly.

Why Great Junior Golfers Fail
The key is understanding the importance of growth height velocity.

Every junior develops at a different rate. Miss their speed, strength, or skill windows and progress stalls — no matter how many lessons they take. We use growth velocity tracking to time training to the athlete, not the calendar.
We measure first. Then we build the player around the data.

The Program
Twelve Months, Five Phases
- 01
Starter Combine
A friendly half-day assessment: full swing, chipping, putting, and a simple physical screen.
- 02
Skill Baseline
We show your junior exactly where their game stands today — in numbers they can understand.
- 03
Practice Plan
A season plan with short, focused sessions that fit around school and family life.
- 04
Games and Scoring
Skill games with scores to beat, so practice feels like competition before the first tee time.
- 05
First Tournaments
We prep routines, pace, rules, and nerves — then re-test to show the improvement.
Our Methodology
The ACT System
Assess
Age-appropriate measurement across swing, short game, and athleticism.
Coach
Coaching that fits your child's body and stage — no cookie-cutter positions.
Train
Fun, structured practice blocks that build habits before they build pressure.

Watch Joe DiChiara discuss the ACT System with former world #1 and Open Champion, Tom Lehman.

“She was nervous about tournaments and didn't know the rules or the pace. Joe and his team built her routine and she now plays without the fear. Ten strokes in a year.”
“The Prep Program gave him the structure he needed. He just moved up into the Tournament Player Program and is chasing his high school team.”
